Side A is a recording of a live performance at IMT Gallery, 21st November 2015, for "Is It Eating You?", curated by Mark Peter Wright.
Features Andrea Kearney and Stuart Tait on crisps and Jennifer Pengilly on rice drop.

The tracks on side B were recorded at Music Room London on 10th Novermber 2015.

Graham Dunning used turntable, dubplates, broken cymbals.
Tom White used reel-to-reel tape, feedback.
Both used leeks, rubber gloves, lasagne sheets, rice, beef tomatoes and human flesh.
